According to KYINK, the CATS have offered RB, Rickey Lunford of Texas. The UK offer is the 1st for the 6ft. 190 lb RB.
As a Junior, Lunford ran for 1,529 yards and scored 15 TDs; he is reported to have 4.46 speed in the 40.
