Today is the Blue & White game and it looks like the rain is moving into Lexington. There won't be many updates on the site today because I will be at the game. If you want updates, I'll be sending them out via twitter. I'm supposed to meet several recruits, commits and other people today. Should be an exciting day.
Today is also the last day of the NFL draft. Corey Peters was first UK player was selected in the draft. The Falcons selected him in the 3rd round. UK should be a few more players in the league today and then a few have a shot to sign free agent deals after the draft. Could UK have another "Mr. Irrelevant"? Remember Mary Moore? He played 8 seasons in the NFL so maybe Alfonso Smith is "Mr. Irrelevant" this year?
Brett Dawson has a couple of articles on UK football today. One in particular on Winston Guy. The Cats need a big year out of Guy as he has all of the tools to be an All-SEC caliber player. Dawson also has one on Corey Peters.
