The 6 ft 1 in athlete is thought to be interested in UK, and is also thought to be considered as a WR. At this time, he has no offers from UK, but will be working out for the coaches later this month.
I just checked out the video of Mr. Tandy. He looks like the real deal. I'd really like to see him at UK.
