Lamar Dawson, MLB from Boyle County KY has received another offer. According to sources, Florida Gator coaches were at Lamar's school on 5/19 and presented him with an offer. Lamar is considered one of the prize Prep Players in Kentucky football for the 2011 class, and the #1 MLB from the state.
At this time, Lamar currently has at least 10 offers to play college football. The offers so far include: WKU, Purdue, UK, Cincy, UL, and Stanford in addition to the Florida offer. Many think that Lamar is a heavy UK lean and would address the need for a player at the MLB position for the 2011 class.
