Alex Smith has been named one of the top five tight ends in the 2010 SEC signing class by Mr. SEC. Smith has already moved to Lexington and working out to prepare for his freshman season. UK usually has several players that get Kudos after they get here and get coached up and show what they can do. They have several on this years team. But it is unusual for a UK recruit to get a lot of recognition before they play, this is a good sign.
ReplyDeleteAlso I don't think his weight is close to 225#, most stories show him at 250# or better, does anyone know the true story?
I've stood next to Alex Smith, he is bigger than 225lbs. I think he closer to the 250lbs. He is big, just don't know how strong he really is or how well he can understand the play system as a true freshman.
