Most under Rated Unit for 2010

What is the most under rated unit of the UK Football team going into the 2010 Season?

  1. O-Line, they lost 4 starters but are more talented and have a great coach. The line will be just fine which means the offense should be fun to watch.

  2. LB. With the losses of Micah and Sam, most, at least nationally/regionally, don't think much of UK's LB corps. IMO, the unit has more speed and range then its ever had. They aren't the biggest, but they have a lot of speed and a great feel for the ball.

  3. I like the above choices, especially the OL, but I think the QBs actually could be. Not because they will be so great, but because they get very little respect, at least from most UK fans. We have been spoiled.

I think the WRs could be for a different reason, I think they have huge potential, and if the other parts of the O come together they could look really good.

  4. I'm also going to go with OL. While I agree that the LB unit is also a concern, I feel more confident in the OL coming together.

  5. Special teams. Probably not everyone's first thought, but consider the playmakers returning kicks and punts (Locke and Cobb) and the newcomers that could be thrown into that mix (Sanders and Priester). By all accounts, Mansour should be the best kicker we've seen at Kentucky in a long time and Tydlacka is one of the SEC's top punters.

  6. I agree with the OL and LB's. Most casual fans(and especially fans of other teams!) have no idea of the depth we have been building in these positions. I'm very confident in our O-line and the speed of our LB's are going to surprise a lot of people.

  7. Kickoff and punt coverages...except for the kickoff return Alabama had, I think UK has always been exceptional in this respect. Not that they don't get praise as it is, but I don't think they get enough of it.
