Rich Brooks attended a UK kickoff luncheon in Louisville and addressed about 800 people. Brooks is very pleased with both Chris Matthews and DeQuinn Evans. He said they haven't had a receiver like Matthews since he has been at UK and Evans is going to shock a lot of people. Brooks also stated that 7-8 true freshman would see action this year.
