Morgan Newton will likely start again this weekend and Rich Brooks admits it probably not fair to Will Fidler. Brooks did state that Fidler would see action in the first half. Newton is the future, so I have no problem with him being the starter, however Fidler deserves some recognition for his play in the Auburn game. What better way to reward him than allowing him to start the next game?
Trevard Lindley could be back for the Mississippi State game and will sit out again this weekend. The good news is that Lindley will be back for the most crucial part of the schedule.
UK doesn't want to relive a La-Monroe nightmare. Three years ago La-Monroe almost upset UK and Rich Brooks is trying to keep his team focused on taking care of business. Nice article by Brett Dawson.
John Clay has an interesting interview with Micah Johnson about the numbers cut into his hair. I'd like to see Johnson put "6-0" and "4th Str8" in his hair to keep this team motivated to win and make their fourth bowl in as many years.
