Morgan Newton named starter?

A radio show caller on WVLK-590 said he knew 100% that Morgan Newton will be the starter and team has been informed. Take it for what it's worth, but several other sources were saying the same thing yesterday. It doesn't seem like Rich Brooks' style to play a freshman on the road. Also, (per John Clays twitter) Newton's father has said that Newton and Fidler are receiving equal snaps in practice and Morgan is "ready to go".
