Cats to receive visit from 3-Star Athlete

UK will receive a visit from 3-Star athlete D.J. Howard (Lincoln, AL) on December 10th. Howard has given his verbal to Auburn, but the Cats are clearly in the mix. Based on reports, Howard projects as a safety, but he clearly wants to play running back in college. Howard visited Clemson this past weekend as well.

**Update**

As I stated before, Howard wants to play running back in college. Auburn has already received a commitment from Michael Dyer, five star running back, and could potentially land Marcus Lattimore who is a four star running back. If Howard wants to play running back in college it's probably not going to be at Auburn.

The UK coaching staff has taken some heat for their recruiting strategy this year, however it makes sense. The staff didn't want to take a bunch of early commitments in case some players opened their recruitment. There will be coaching changes, which will effect some recruits decisions before signing day. UK is in a great position to fill their needs for 2010, especially if the Cats win again Saturday. GO CATS!
