QB competition a good thing

The UK coaching staff has stated the starting QB job next season is wide open. Mike Hartline will be senior next season, but has been a lightning rod among the UK fan base. Morgan Newton won key games as a true freshman this season, but didn't quite show the progression fans hoped for. Will Fidler is not returning for his senior season and Ryan Mossakowski might just be the "x-factor". One thing is clear, UK must improve their passing game if they want to compete next season.
