Tyler Brause (QB) was recruited as an athlete, but UK is going to start him out at QB. I've heard some comparisons to Tim Tebow. I hate to put that type of pressure on him, but I think most are referring to his work ethics and throwing style. If Brause is to play QB at UK, he will have to work on his mechanics and arm strength. Some feel he will make a position change at some point during his career. The staff wouldn't give him an opportunity to play QB if they didn't see something in his game that warranted a shot. He was also his high school Valedictorian.
