C.J. Uzomah (Suwanee, GA) recently visited Auburn and Georgia for their Junior Days and plans on visiting Florida, Vanderbilt and USC in the future. Uzomah did visit UK last year for a football game with teammate Brandon McGowan (LB). Both players are coached by former Lexington Catholic coach Bob Sphire so don't count out the Cats just yet. C.J. Uzomah (Suwanee, GA) recently visited Auburn and Georgia for their Junior Days and plans on visiting Florida, Vanderbilt and USC in the future. Not to be a big downer, but we didn't have any luck with Spire players when he was at Lex Cath. Why would that change now? Hope I am wrong, but I've always thought Spire led players AWAY for UK.
ReplyDeleteYou make a good point and others have said the same about Sphire. However, he personally made the trip to UK with Uzomah and McGowan. Anything is possible. At this point, Uzomah is receiving major interest, so the Cats have their hands full.
