UK has extended an offer to Forisse "Flo" Hardin (ATH) for the 2011 class. Hardin plays at Ballard High School in Louisville, KY. His coach also informs me that Joker Phillips is still pursuing DeVante Parker (WR) who has committed to Louisville.
