Neloms was rated a 2* DB by rivals.com. He is from Memphis, Tenn. He played last year as a true Freshman. He earned his first start in the loss against South Carolina. USC took advantage of UK missing both of their starting CB's and Neloms struggled. Neloms looks like he can turn into a solid CB down the road.
