Avery Williamson (LB) is probably the closest signee to be ready physically in the entire 2010 class. He is already as strong or stronger than most linebackers on UK’s campus now. Avery plays “up-field” and will compete for a starting job if he learns the defensive assignments. In my opinion, Avery is one of the top five recruits in the entire class. He comes from another good high school program and will bring their winning tradition to UK. On a side note, Avery is one of the best interviews I have done to date. He was very well spoken and you could hear the excitement in his voice about playing at UK.
