Brett Dawson has an article on Alfonso Smith's Pro Day performance and points out the running back can move like a pro. Smith worked out for scouts yesterday at UK's Pro Day and ran a few very fast forty-yard dash times (high 4.2's and low 4.3's). He also showed his over all athleticism with the broad jump and vertical jump. The only thing really missing Smith's resume is his "body of work". If he doesn't get drafted, which most predict he won't, then he is likely to receive a free agent deal. His speed alone should land him a shot on Special Teams.
Also, the Herald-Leader has a nice photo gallery of UK's Pro Day. You can click here to see it.
