I don't know how we missed this article by John Clay, but it's a must read for UK football fans. The article breaks down everything Joker Phillips has done since taking the reins from Rich Brooks. I don't know how we missed this article by John Clay, but it's a must read for UK football fans. The article breaks down everything Joker Phillips has done since taking the reins from Rich Brooks. I have to admit, I would probably give Joker an "A" for his performance thus far. What grade would you hand the coach?

ReplyDeleteAll joking aside...I think the transition is worth grading, and Clay's article is persuasive. Based on the little I've seen, he's done as good as he can so far.
I agree jau....umm err.......anonymous...he is doing great and let us just hope the intensity and momentum s[ills onto the field with this group of young men. " A+ "
ReplyDeleteI mean if the Cats lose to Louisville and don't make it to a bowl game, then I would give Joker an F. If Joker signs the best recruiting class since the Rich Brooks era (which I think he will) and wins 8 games, I will give him an A.
