Monday night I interviewed Kyle Heggs (Kingsway Regional, NJ) about his recruitment. Kyle informed me he hasn't received any offers, but is receiving interest from several schools. He is receiving invitations to attend camps at several schools and recently had Iowa, Vandy, Stoney Brook and Villanova visit his school.
Heggs recently attended the Big Time Showcase at Rutghers and was the fastest QB overall. He was clocked at a 4.45 during a race off. Becuase of his combine performance he has been invited to attend the Northeast Five Star Showdown.
Heggs is 6'0 and 170 lbs. Some schools are recruiting him to play quarterback and others are looking at him to play receiver or defensive back. Heggs has been a huge fan of Andre Woodson and really likes Kentucky. However, the Cats aren't showing much interest. He is working on getting game film on the internet so more people can see his abilities.
