Chris Mortensen says there will be no rookie wage scale for the NFL until 2012. Many people felt some underclassmen would declare for the NFL draft to beat the new scale. If the scale doesn't happen until 2012, then some 2010 juniors (Randall Cobb) might consider leaving early to take advantage of no rookie pay scale. Chris Mortensen says there will be no rookie wage scale for the NFL until 2012. Many people felt some underclassmen would declare for the NFL draft to beat the new scale.
