Call this a LONG SHOT, but Palmetto Sports reports that Isaiah Crowell (2011-RB) from Georgia visited Kentucky this summer. Could the commitment of Riyahd Jones have an effect on Crowell? Carver High School has typically been a pipeline for Georgia, but in recent years other schools have have some success. He currently lists Georgia and Alabama as his leaders.

A very hard runner with size and speed, very impressive. He has to be highly ranked.

ReplyDeleteUh, Carver has banned Georgia from recruiting their kids, and Georgia hasn't signed a Carver kid in a decade. Where do you get statements like these?
In recent years Georgia hasn't signed any kids from Carver. I spoke to someone in the south that left with me that impression. Maybe they were referring to a different time period than in recent years.
ReplyDeleteReports suggest this kid likes Georgia and also recent USC transfer Jarvis Jones is headed to Georgia. He played at Carver. From what I've heard, the staff hopes Jones will help them again at Carver. Last year Clemson signed two recruits from Carver so in recent years the Dawgs haven't had any success.
He is rated a 5 star by both Espn and Scout. He's the #17 player in the country on rivals.
