DeQuin Evans was a huge pick up for the cats on National Signing Day in 2009. He became a starter and led the team with 6 sacks. He also had 12.5 tackles for loss. Evans hails from Long Beach, California and attended Cabrillo High School. He decided to attend Los Angeles Harbor College where he became a 4* recruit. Evans will need to play well on a defensive line that could struggle early in the season.
