Preview Charleston Southern Game #10
Charleston Southern visits Commonwealth Stadium this year to take on the KY Wildcats. The Buccaneers play in the Big South Conference (had to look it up) where they are projected to finish about #3. They could come in undefeated (seemingly), since they return lots of starters and talented players for their team especially at QB and RB.
The Bucs defense is led by DE Joel Walaton (6 sacks in 09) and LBs, Fred Godfrey and Chris Patrick.
Look for the CATS to look to take out some frustration at this point in the season. By this time, the offensive and defensive units will be settled into the season and the game should pretty much be determined before it is even played.
Why the CATS will win: Talentwise they are head and shoulders above Charleston Southern. UK also has the edge in speed, depth, and certainly in home field advantage.
