I have seen where the CATS are supposedly interested in getting a commitment from Asian Ruff. Honestly, I had never heard of him until about 2 days ago and have not seen any videos, but he breaks down as an "athlete" with the potential to either be a WR on Offense or a Safety on Defense. He is a 3 * recruit from Mississippi (Rivals has him rated as #45 at his position, and ESPN broke him down with a #78 ranking) with offers from several schools including: Arkansas, and Miss. State. According to his profile, he is 6 ft. 1 in. and runs a 4.5 or so. I can see the CATS being interested in him for either position but more than likely as a WR.
The most interesting thing about him is that he also holds an offer from LaTech, wonder if with the Tennessee losses that Dooley will come calling?
